Predicting the top-10 NFL draft picks 🔮
Including a surprise trade into the top-3 👀
Happy 2023 NFL Draft Day to those who celebrate! (Me!!!!!!!) (and hopefully you, dear friend).
I’ve dubbed it one of the most magical days of the NFL calendar year and for good reason. There isn’t a single day that’s filled with such endless possibilities. Trades happen. Dreams come true. The universe comes together, despite all of our differences, to boo NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell in unison.
Sigh… The NFL Draft really is a thing of beauty. 🌸

🔮 Predicting the 2023 NFL Draft’s top 10 picks 🔮
I can’t wait for none of them to be correct. ❤️🔥 Ok, maybe except for #1. Without further ado, meet Mr. #1.
No. 1 — Bryce Young, QB (Panthers)
OK, that one was easy. Now what?
Read more about the (presumed) lock 🔒️ to be the first overall pick in this year’s draft here.
No. 2 — Will Anderson Jr., EDGE (Texans)
How do the Texans pass on a quarterback here?! The answer is simple — they’re tanking for Caleb Williams in 2023. Don’t worry. I’m sure they’ll somehow screw this up again next year…
After the Texans surprisingly decide to pass on a quarterback, the Las Vegas Raiders see their time to shine, moving up from No. 7 to No. 3! Suddenly, they have their quarterback of the future — because all of us knew all along that Jimmy Garoppolo never really was the answer…
Read more about Ohio State QB C.J. Stroud here.
No. 4 — Will Levis, QB (Colts)
RIP Will Levis Reddit No. 1 Overall Pick Rumors: Tuesday, April 25-Thursday April 27. Forever in our hearts. 💓
Read more about Levis (and his very weird coffee habit) here.
No. 5 — Jalen Carter, DT (Seahawks)
There are some off-the-field concerns for Carter, but he’s undoubtedly the best defensive player in this draft class. The Seahawks get a steal here at No. 5.
No. 6: Devon Witherspoon, CB (Lions)
No. 7: Tyree Wilson, EDGE (Cardinals)
No. 8: Nolan Smith, EDGE (Falcons)
No. 9: Peter Skoronski, OT (Bears)
No. 10: Bijan Robinson, RB (Eagles)

My best advice for betting on the 2023 NFL Draft
The NFL draft is always an unpredictable experience. This year? ESPECIALLY so. Before you place your wagers, I’ve broken down what you need to know about reading the odds and my three best pieces of advice.
The #1 cardinal rule? Bet responsibly.
3 NFL Draft predictions to bet on along with me
I’ve already made my predictions for the top 10 picks this year, but here are a few more wagers available on FanDuel Sportsbook that have caught my eye on #DraftDay. 💪
Will we have any big trades?
Last year, we had a couple of big names traded in the middle of the draft, including WRs A.J. Brown (to PHI) and Marquise Brown (to AZ).
Here are some names that could potentially be on the move this year:
🔥 RB Dalvin Cook (Vikings): Rumors have been swirling that he’s been a potential trade target for the Miami Dolphins… and it makes sense, TBH. They’ve got one of the best wide receiver duos in the NFL and a quarterback that was on track for a potential MVP season prior to injury. The run game feels like one of the last pieces to the puzzle on offense.
FWIW, Cook himself seems to be done with the Vikings, having just posted a photo of himself on Instagram stories… with the Vikings’ logo very conveniently covered by a cool guy emoji. 😎
👑 RB Derrick Henry (Titans): Trade rumors surrounding The King ™️ have cooled down a bit in recent days, but it would make total sense for the Titans to deal him with the current state of their franchise. This team is in a full rebuild without a super clear direction, and Henry’s likely approaching the end of his career at the age of 29.
My spicy prediction ➡️ He’s headed to Cincinnati to win a Super Bowl with Joe Burrow & Co. 🐅 Who Dey?
🌶️ WR DeAndre Hopkins (Cardinals): As QB Kyler Murray rehabs a torn ACL suffered at the end of last season, most have assumed 2023 will be a wash. Hopkins only has so much time left before he misses his window to win a Super Bowl.
Potential landing spots ➡️ Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots
